Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On May 18, 2009, at approximately 01:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Joseph R. Gibson, D.O.B. 07/19/85 of 8751 Wesleyan Dr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41 & Daniels Pkwy,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 18, 2009, at approximately 02:45 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Rochelle Therese Bulino, D.O.B. 02/17/88 of 19961 Barletta Lane,

Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Pkwy/US 41,

Estero, Florida.

On May 18, 2009, at approximately 04:10 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Thomas Edward Gibson, D.O.B. 05/30/89 of 8751 Wesleyan Dr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41 & Daniels Pkwy,

On May 18, 2009, at approximately 11:32 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested John Ballard, D.O.B. 11/03/77 of 6610 Golden Rd, North Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd/Twin Brooks Rd,

North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 19, 2009, at approximately 10:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Timothy James Wicburg, D.O.B. 06/30/65 of 8193 Lake San Carlos

Cr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13711 S.

Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 21, 2009, at approximately 12:59 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Christopher J. Ledford, D.O.B. 08/23/74 of 13805 Heronwood Lane,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13805 Heronwood

Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 21, 2009, at approximately 11:01 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Richard K. Schwebel, D.O.B. 09/07/67 of 3110 Seasons Way,

Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland Ave &

Woodland Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 22, 2009, at approximately 02:09 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Nicole P. Barnes, D.O.B. 12/16/87 of 1323 SE 12th Terrace, Cape Coral,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1000 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers

Beach, Florida.

On May 22, 2009, at approximately 11:54 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Arthur Robert Gibson, D.O.B. 11/21/56 of 17397 Lee Rd, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1113 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers

On May 23, 2009, at approximately 02:50 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested David Castro, D.O.B. 12/27/76 of 305 E. 7th St, Lehigh Acres, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 23rd St SW/Beth Stacey Blvd,

Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On May 23, 2009, at approximately 09:15 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Oscar Edgardo Erazo, D.O.B. 12/27/78 of 12695 McGregor Blvd,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of A & W Bulb

Rd/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 23, 2009, at approximately 09:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Ryan A. Baldinelli, D.O.B. 05/28/84 of 5430 Exuma Pl, Sarasota, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy/Corkscrew Rd,

Estero, Florida.

On May 24, 2009, at approximately 10:11 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Mark Paul Vaughn, D.O.B. 12/01/64 of 2803 SE 2nd Pl, Cape Coral,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 18201 John Morris Rd, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On May 24, 2009, at approximately 10:38 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Naziha Stoof, D.O.B. 09/19/64 of 4409 W 6th St, Lehigh Acres, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 4412 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres,

Florida.
