Here’s a cool recipe for shrimp lovers. It’s called Broiled Shrimp and it’s easy to make. Here’s how:

Ingredients:

1-1/2 c. water

1/2 c. worcestershire sauce

1/4 c. butter, melted

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt

Oil for frying

3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

How to:

In a small sauce pan, combine the water worcestershire sauce, butter, lemon juice, Old Bay and garlic salt, stirring until combined. Keep warm over low heat.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one or two tablespoons of oil until it starts to smoke.

Add the shrimp in batches, cooking for 30 seconds per batch and adding more oil as needed to prevent sticking. Transfer the shrimp to a broiler pan.

Add 3/4 of a cup of the sauce to the skillet over medium-high heat to deglaze the pan.,

Pour the sauce from the skillet over the shrimp.

Place the shrimp under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and pink.

Serve with additional warm sauce.
