Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On June 1, 2009, at approximately 12:31 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Minor Salas Rodriguez, D.O.B. 04/27/69 of 620 Santa Barbara Boulevard, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7091 College Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 1, 2009, at approximately 02:15 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brandon Scott Hutchinson, D.O.B. 12/18/81 of 6765 Hartland Street, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 8725 La Chateau Drive, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 1, 2009, at approximately 02:48 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sean James Keeley, D.O.B. 09/24/80 of 1826 SE 2nd Street, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1811 Cape Coral Parkway, Cape Coral, Florida.

On June 1, 2009, at approximately 07:31 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kimberly Anne McCluskey, D.O.B. 08/03/65 of 905 Essex Place, Arlington Heights, Illinois, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Lake & McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 12:46 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Roger Dale Smith, D.O.B. 02/13/63 of 7759 Bartholomew Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Road & Crescent Lake Drive, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 01:36 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Genesis Hope Hanson, D.O.B. 06/27/76 of 3285 SE New Providence Boulevard in the area of Brantley Road & US 41, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 02:53 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Terry Robert Wagner, D.O.B. 01/29/72 of 19750 Little Lane, Alva, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hickey Creek Road/Palm Beach Boulevard, Alva, Florida.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 11:54 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ronald Warren Mathers, D.O.B. 07/23/62 of 4912 N Orange River Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 09:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael David Kraus, D.O.B. 04/08/87 of 1735 Brantley Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Parkway/Summerlin Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 10:09 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Peter Matthew Olszowy, D.O.B. 11/04/59 of 4630 Braman Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 14010 N Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 3, 2009, at approximately 02:09 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested William W. McWhirter, D.O.B. 01/07/51 of 998 Whelk Drive, Sanibel, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail/Island Park Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 3, 2009, at approximately 02:41 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Russell John Monroe, D.O.B. 10/17/85 of 609 SE 36th Street, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Beacon Manor Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 3, 2009, at approximately 11:23 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kiberlee Pauline Thompson, D.O.B. 02/09/87 of 4683 Turnstone Court, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of E Terry Street/Pinetrail Court, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On June 4, 2009, at approximately 07:43 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John Kevin Barry, D.O.B. 09/08/68 of 6422 Adelphi Circle, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pine Ridge Road/Summerlin Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 5, 2009, at approximately 01:42 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Victoria Lynn Palmer, D.O.B. 09/11/78 of 1126 SE 34th Terrace, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Lake Drive & Winkler Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 5, 2009, at approximately 02:53 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert K. Williams, D.O.B. 07/07/78 of 16 Apache Street, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Sarah Avenue N & 2nd Street W, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On June 5, 2009, at approximately 08:38 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Josue Tiburcio, D.O.B. 07/12/84 of 10300 Kentucky Street, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 28830 Palm Street, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 01:45 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Pedro Vazquez Mendoza, D.O.B. 10/28/84 of 18449 Rosewood Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Briarcliff Road & S Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 01:47 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kenneth Wayne Vangarsel, D.O.B. 07/16/67 of 18151 Three B Farm Road, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill Griffin Road/Corkscrew Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 03:02 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Timothy Dwayne Tanner, D.O.B. 12/18/77 of 18264 Morgan Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Constitution Boulevard/US 41, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 7, 2009, at approximately 01:34 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael James Vernon, D.O.B. 08/26/82 of 7191 Pinnacle Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail & Andrea Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.
