The Lee County Sheriff’s Office Bonita Springs Narcotics Unit conducted a round-up operation targeting a street level cocaine distribution network Thursday. The sweep culminated a multi-month investigation focused on individuals dealing powder and crack cocaine in the Bonita Springs and South Lee County areas, Sheriff’s officials said.

The roundup of suspects included the execution of two search warrants with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit (SWAT) team). Through the morning and afternoon hours, multiple subjects were located and arrested across Bonita Springs and southern Lee County with the support of other members of the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, uniformed Bonita Springs Community Policing Deputies, Delta District JAM (Juvenile Assessment and Monitoring), Anti-Crime and Gang Units, officials said.

So far, a total of eight felons have been charged and $1,865 in cash has been seized, officials said. The search warrant locations are identified as 10024 Delaware Street and 28160 Pine Haven Way #39 in Bonita Springs. Additional arrests are pending.

5) Robert M. Thomsen of Bonita Springs (DOB: 6-13-65) 1 count Sale of Cocaine and 1 count Possession of Cocaine (09-197408)

6) Justin R. Thomsen of Bonita Springs (DOB: 5-11-95) 1 count Sale of Cocaine, 1 count Possession of Cocaine and 1 count Possession of Marijuana (09-176102)
