Narcotics Arrest Update

The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.

In the past two weeks the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 25 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On June 1, 2009, at approximately 03:37 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Noah Louis Diamond, D.O.B. 06/11/81, of 111 Rowland Rd., Lehigh

Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Commerce Lake / Daniel Pkwy, Fort Myers.

arrested Anthony Dewand Collins, D.O.B. 12/10/82, of 4224 Michigan Link

Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of Railroad Ave. / New York Dr., Fort

Myers.

On June 1, 2009, at approximately 09:43 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Robert Kevin Robbins Jr., D.O.B. 11/07/85, of 22650 SR 78, LaBelle,

on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 10650 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 08:19 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Gary Wayne Stimpson, D.O.B. 05/19/50, of 2135 Braman Ave, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the

area of Broadway / Franklin Street, Fort Myers, .

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 09:19 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael Lawayne Sharp, D.O.B. 08/14/72, of 3441 Canal Street, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession Heroin. The incident

occurred in the area of 17979 San Carlos Blvd., Fort Myers, .

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 09:48 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Billy Ray Morgan, D.O.B. 02/19/83, of 550 N 19th Street, Immokalee,

on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in

the area of Crestwood Street / Lois Ave, Lehigh Acres.

On June 3, 2009, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Ernesto Contreras, D.O.B. 12/13/78, of 577 Sable Palm Drive,

LaBelle, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Iverson Street / Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers.

On June 3, 2009, at approximately 10:13 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Antonio Almodovar, D.O.B. 08/18/68, of 1040 28th Ave, Naples, on

felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of E. Terry Street / Matheson Street, Bonita

Springs.

On June 5, 2009, at approximately 06:34 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested John Anthony Florio, D.O.B. 12/13/62, of 4107 SE 18th Place, Cape

Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of I-75/ Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.

On June 5, 2009, at approximately 07:04 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Pasqualini Pica, D.O.B. 07/03/64, of 4944 S Cleveland Ave., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance. The

incident occurred in the area of Hart Dr. / Gish Lane., North Fort Myers.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 12:25 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Andre Allen Johnson, D.O.B. 02/23/76, of 10740 Clear Lake Loop,

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 10770 Clear Lake Loop, Fort Myers.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 02:12 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Robert Lyle Shanblatt, D.O.B. 06/11/87, of 9292 Mooring Circle, Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of S. Tamiami Trail / Babcock road, Fort Myers.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 05:13 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Anthony Patrick Watkins, D.O.B. 07/10/86, of 3078 52nd Street,

Naples, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 27701 Washington Street, Bonita Springs.

On June 6, 2009, at approximately 05:23 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Tiffany Garcia, D.O.B. 11/17/88, of 4011 4th Street SW, Lehigh

On June 8, 2009, at approximately 02:02 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Dolly Marie Love, D.O.B. 02/15/69, of 2420 Venice Ave, Lehigh

arrested Ralph Dewain Hall, D.O.B. 01/14/70, of 5518 Second Street, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of 5437 9th Ave, Fort Myers.

On June 9, 2009, at approximately 02:40 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Nicholas Tennesen, D.O.B. 03/04/88, of 1736 Bonnie Ct, Fort Myers,

on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a

Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of

7070 College Pkwy., Fort Myers.

On June 9, 2009, at approximately 01:55 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael McInerney, D.O.B. 03/15/75, of 8501 McDaniel Drive, North

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of

Cleveland Ave. / Crawford Street, Fort Myers.

On June 10, 2009, at approximately 07:37 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Amber Jean Dixon, D.O.B. 04/11/90, of Tice Ave., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Penner / Crystal, Fort Myers.

On June 10, 2009, at approximately 08:24 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Matthew Andrew Kunstman, D.O.B. 01/11/89, of 22428

Delhi, port charlotte, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 11550

Villa Grand, Fort Myers.

On June 11, 2009, at approximately 01:11 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Donald William Gargano, D.O.B. 09/26/77, of 4700 3rd

Street, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Putter Lane / Golfview Blvd.,

Lehigh Acres.

On June 11, 2009, at approximately 04:30 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joshua Anthony Helveston, D.O.B. 09/30/85, of 7979 Gage

Way, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 8406 Penny Drive, North Fort Myers.

On June 13, 2009, at approximately 01:59 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Tracy Hall, D.O.B. 10/28/67, of 8086 Heck Drive, North Fort

area of 1537 Laurel Drive, North Fort Myers.

On June 13, 2009, at approximately 01:12 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rigoberto Marquin Raymundo, D.O.B. 06/25/81, of 26630

Cape Verde Lane, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of Imperial Pkwy / Terry Street,

Bonita Springs.
