The city of Cape Coral will hold an informational meeting on the utility expansion project for Realtors on Tuesday, June 23, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to explain the notice from the city mailed to property owners, officials said.
City staff will be on hand to answer all questions and give real estate agents with listings in the city a further understanding of the Utility Expansion Project as well as provide information to explain ithe UEP to clients and potential buyers.
Since there is limited seating, the city is encouraging every office to send one or two representatives to the meeting to get the information and bring it back to each office to disseminate to all licensees. This will assist in getting the word out and hopefully minimize the confusion, officials said.
