Krystyniak joins Panther as vice president

Steve Krystyniak has joined Panther Community Bank, N.A. as vice president, commercial lending.The announcement was made by bank CEO Karen R. makowski. She said that in this role, Krystyniak will be responsible for new business development with a strong emphasis on commercial and small business loans.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Krystyniak brings the bank more than 27 years in experience in the banking/lending industry from banks in Pennsylvania and Florida. Most recently, he was the Florida Market President, working in West Palm Beach for a multi-state banking company based in West Virginia.

“I am very excited to join Panther and to work once again with Chief Credit Officer Brenda Dolan, in a community bank environment,” Krystyniak said. Makowski said Krystyniak is a very competent and accomplished commercial lender with great empathy for businesses striving to survive and excel despite the global economy. She also said he has been warmly welcomed by the tri-county marketplace.”

Krystyniak earned his degree from Springfield College (MA) and played key leadership roles with banking industry organizations including the American Institute of Banking and Risk Management Associates. He served in various capacities with numerous community and charitable organizations over the years and will continue to do so with local groups such as the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. Krystyniak is an avid saltwater fly-fisherman.
