To the Editor,

I was impressed with LAFRD Public Information Officer Pat Comer’s response to Keith Kaye’s letter in your July 8 edition. Not only did Mr. Comer stamp out each one of Mr. Kaye’s assertions; Pat proudly defended the Fire Department with a flare of writing ability.

I must however take issue with Mr. Comer when he goes outside his area of expertise to defame several million people who have very carefully studied the evidence damning the official theory of why the World Trade Center collapsed in such an unusual way.

I would cheerfully engage Mr. Comer and all of the Talk Show Hosts who signed on to the bill of goods published by the 911 Commission and the NIST review. Here are your conspiracy theories, blatantly casting aside testimonies, photographic evidence, and detailed scientific analysis just because the Commission didn’t want to go there.

Instead the two official conspiracy theory bodies went with scant evidence presented by the Bush Administration that claimed they knew on the very day who the terrorists were and that they alone brought down WTC 1, 2, and 7 with jet fuel fires.

Consider this: the two towers did not impact Building Seven yet Building Seven was supposedly imploded simply by furniture fires even amazing the TV reporters that narrated the videos.

This was no mystery to demolition contractors or to reporters who had seen demolitions before. But over the period of weeks as President Bush brought out his spokesmen to claim we needed to invade Iraq, all of the suspicions about how the buildings fell were swept under the rug.

We all wanted to kill some Arabs didn’t we? But the dirty secret was that not only was the Iraq war a set up in advance, the investigation of the World Trade Center collapse was stifled until almost all of the physical evidence was mopped up.

OK, Pat Comer and spokesmen for the official theories, call me a nut case.

There are murderers walking the halls of Washington and the Walls of New York and it is nothing strange historically. We could recount the nations whose governments fell to fascism when grand orators declared that somebody else “done-it.” There are enough Germans and Jewish people in this town with bitter memories to verify that.

Given the chance I will present the Documentary Core of Corruption to all who want to see it in a meeting while Pat Comer brings us the NIST report and the fabled Popular Science magazine recount of the same theory. Lets get at it.
