Officials at te Lee County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend said they are investigating a triple shooting that occurred in Lehigh Acres between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Friday, July 17.

When deputies arrived at 5107 29th Street SW, they found three Hispanic males suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the victims was lying in the driveway, while the other two were inside the garage, investigators said.

Lee Control responded to the scene and transported the three victims to the hospital.

A witness to the shootings told investigators that the victims were inside the garage playing cards. The witness said three males, either black or Hispanic, entered the garage and began shooting. The witness also told investigators that all three suspects were wearing dark clothing and fled the scene on foot.

The first suspect is a black male, possibly Haitian, approximately 20-25 years old. The suspect is about 5 foot 7 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds with short dreadlocks. He had a goatee and is missing an upper front tooth. He was wearing dark cargo shorts, a dark T-shirt and white and gray Puma tennis shoes which were old and beat up. The suspect was armed with a black revolver, and according to one of the victims, was the shooter, authorities said.

The second suspect is either a white or Hispanic male in his mid-20. This suspect was between 5 foot 8 and 5 foot 10 inches tall and was heavy set. He was wearing beige colored cargo shorts with a gray hooded sweatshirt and a white T-shirt underneath. The suspect had dark curly hair and a goatee neatly trimmed with sideburns down to the cheekbone area. He too was wearing Puma shoes that were brown and white and very old looking. The second suspect was also armed with a black colored revolver, authorities said.

Detectives have determined that this was a robbery.
