Suspects’ drawings in Lehigh shooting released
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is releasing composite drawings of the two suspects wanted in the triple shooting that occurred in Lehigh Acres between 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm on July 17.
Suspect Number 1 is a black male, possibly Haitian, approximately 32-35 years old. The suspect is about 5 foot 7 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds with short dreadlocks, investigators said. He had a goatee and is missing an upper front tooth. He was wearing dark cargo shorts, a dark T-shirt and white and gray Puma tennis shoes which were old and beat up. The suspect was armed with a black revolver, and according to one of the victims, was the shooter, investigators said.
Suspect Number 2 is either a white or Hispanic male in his mid-20s. This suspect was between 5 foot 8 and 5 foot 10 inches tall and was heavy set. He was wearing beige colored cargo shorts with a gray hooded sweatshirt and a white T-shirt underneath. The suspect had dark curly hair and a goatee neatly trimmed with sideburns down to the cheekbone area, investigators said. He too was wearing Puma shoes that were brown and white and very old looking. The second suspect was also armed with a black colored revolver, they said.
Detectives have determined that the motive was robbery.
