Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On July 13, 2009, at approximately 12:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Lacreita L. Walton, D.O.B. 02/23/81 of 2811 W 74th St, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Mason Corvine

Ct/Cedarbend Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 13, 2009, at approximately 09:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Joshua Brian Rodriguez, D.O.B. 10/13/89 of 1013 SE 44th St, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill Griffen

Pkwy/Meridian, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 13, 2009, at approximately 07:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Steven Withrow, D.O.B. 02/28/63 of 7049 New Post Dr, North Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7049 New Post Dr, North

Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 14, 2009, at approximately 12:02 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested John Jay English, D.O.B. 10/12/86 of 7603 Laurel Valley Rd, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd & Three Oaks

Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 14, 2009, at approximately 02:54 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Beth Ann Mowrey, D.O.B. 09/11/63 of 7185 Tulane Dr, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7232 Tulane Dr, Fort Myers,

Florida.

On July 14, 2009, at approximately 03:08 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Tamara Dee Lucas, D.O.B. 11/14/65 of 17181 Caloosa Trace Cr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 17451 San Carlos

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 14, 2009, at approximately 09:27 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Christine Anne DePriest, D.O.B. 09/21/58 of 6740 Westwood Acres

Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Whiskey Creek

Dr & Preside Ct, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 15, 2009, at approximately 11:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Janice C. Moore, D.O.B. 02/18/38 of 46 Heath Aster Lane, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Homestead

Rd/Pinewood, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On July 16, 2009, at approximately 12:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

On July 16, 2009, at approximately 09:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Patrick Michael Osthoff, D.O.B. 02/04/81 of 19321 Imperial Golf

Course Blvd, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 5551

Briarcliff Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 17, 2009, at approximately 09:14 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kenneth Griffiths, D.O.B. 07/31/50 of 2355 LaSalle Ave, Fort Myers,

On July 18, 2009, at approximately 02:41 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Monica Allyson Dibella, D.O.B. 06/30/51 of 15220 Portside Dr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd &

McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 18, 2009, at approximately 09:43 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Donald Gordon MacDonald, D.O.B. 02/19/47 of 975 San Carlos Ct,

Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos

Ct South St, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On July 18, 2009, at approximately 09:45 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Miguel Angel Martinez Gerardo, D.O.B. 02/26/86 of 343 Inwood Ave

On July 19, 2009, at approximately 12:01 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Albino Pu Ramos, D.O.B. 09/03/87 of 662 Fairview Ave, Fort Myers,

On July 19, 2009, at approximately 02:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested James R. Mumm, D.O.B. 07/24/69 of 12471 Gateway Greens Dr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gateway Blvd &

Griffin Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 19, 2009, at approximately 02:52 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Adam Mark Latessa, D.O.B. 02/08/79 of 121 SW 50th St, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 9981 S. Health Park Dr,

Fort Myers, Florida.

Mobile Eyes Against Drunk Driving is a joint partnership between the Lee County

Sheriff’s Office, MADD (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) and Associates and Bruce L.
