Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On July 28, 2009, at approximately 05:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Donald Gene Finely, D.O.B. 11/11/68 of 549 North Lakeview Rd,

Lake Placid, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy &

Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 29, 2009, at approximately 01:58 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jason Edward Dennis, D.O.B. 03/29/74 of 1106 Lenox Ct, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy & US 41,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 29, 2009, at approximately 02:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jason Blaine Wells, D.O.B. 08/13/73 of 780 96th Ave, Naples, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Andrea Lane & S Tamiami Trail, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On July 29, 2009, at approximately 08:48 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Joseph Patrick O’Reilly, D.O.B. 02/25/66 of 5281 Whitten Dr, Naples,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hickory Blvd & McLaughlin,

Bonita Springs, Florida.

On July 29, 2009, at approximately 08:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Andrew J. Faiman, D.O.B. 09/03/82 of 8302-1 Charter Club Cr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd &

Cypress Lake Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 30, 2009, at approximately 02:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Gerald David Heinlein, D.O.B. 09/10/68 of 19951 Huber Rd, North

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd/Hart

Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 30, 2009, at approximately 02:35 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested David L. Calderbank, D.O.B. 01/03/66 of 95 Sable Dr, Fort Myers, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 30, 2009, at approximately 10:11 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Fransico Gonzalez, D.O.B. 01/12/86 of 815665 Narcisco Rd, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 14080 S. Tamiami Trail,

On July 31, 2009, at approximately 01:58 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Melissa Jean Hardin, D.O.B. 03/30/80 of 753 Arundel Cr, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy &Summerlin Rd,

On August 1, 2009, at approximately 12:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kirsten Lee Kinney, D.O.B. 09/08/84 of 7161 Crystal Dr, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Tamiami Trail @Jamaica Bay, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On August 1, 2009, at approximately 01:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Karen Sue Debitetto, D.O.B. 07/07/61 of 7316 Heritage Palms E. Dr.,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy &

Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On August 1, 2009, at approximately 01:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Yvonne Marlene Webb, D.O.B. 12/07/82 of 790 San Carlos Dr, Fort

Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 11281 Summerlin

Square Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On August 1, 2009, at approximately 03:16 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Lyndsey Dane Grimes, D.O.B. 05/29/82 of 6511 Furman Blvd, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Furman Blvd/Cypress

Lake Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On August 2, 2009, at approximately 12:46 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Shajhan Joseph Kanacheril, D.O.B. 04/23/79 of 1300 Lee Blvd,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13849 River

Forest Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On August 2, 2009, at approximately 03:21 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kristina Frances Morgan, D.O.B. 02/01/87 of 2653 SE 19th Pl, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Cleveland Ave &

Fowler St, Fort Myers, Florida.

On August 2, 2009, at approximately 11:05 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Tyler Austin Norris, D.O.B. 02/22/80 of 3141 Cottonwood Bend, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 59th St, Lehigh Acres,

Florida.
