Thanks to a very successful and busy summer, the Imaginarium will undertake maintenance, repairs and updates in preparation for an equally busy coming season. Therefore, the Imaginarium Hands-on-Museum and Aquarium will be closed Monday, Aug. 31, through Friday, Sept. 4.

The Imaginarium, located at 2000 Cranford Ave., Fort Myers, will resume normal operating hours Saturday, Sept. 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the Labor Day Weekend. Museums hours are: Mondays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.

Guests at the Imaginarium can look forward to the Heroes in Action! exhibit, see the new 3-D movie, SOS Planet, meet the residents of Animal Lab and Fisheye Lagoon, enjoy many of the Imaginarium’s signature science interactives, and more.
