Lehigh Community Services and Bowland in Lehigh Acres are hosting a Bowling Party Saturday, Aug. 29, from 5 to 7 p.m. The cost to go to compete is $200.

“We are raising money to help Lehigh Community Services,” said Rae Nicely, executive director of Lehigh Community Services.

For the $200, included are the use of the lane for two hours with up to six people, shoes, pizza and soda.

The location is at Bowland Lehigh at 1244 Business Way.

A flier that is being passed around Lehigh says: “Come join us in setting a world record for most games bowled in a 24-hour period during National Bowling Week and help people in your neighborhood.”

To reserve you lane, call Lehigh Community Services at 369-5818. You can also stop there at their office at 9 Beth Stacy Blvd., and pick up an entry sheet.
