The Veterans Foundation will hold the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of its new facility Friday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m., at The Del Prado Outlets Center, 3100 Del Prado Blvd., S.

The celebration, which continues until 7 p.m., will note the opening of the new veterans headquarters, the military museum and the thrift center.

There will also be a special presentation honoring local World War II veterans.

In addition to a presentation of the colors by the AMVETS Honor Guard, there will be food, entertainment, prizes and more.
