ONE FANTASY 5 PLAYER WINS $225,256 TOP PRIZE

TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Lottery announced today that one lucky player matched all five winning numbers in the Wednesday, September 16, FANTASY 5 drawing and will win a $225,256.54 top prize.

The winning FANTASY 5 numbers were:

08 – 21 – 30 – 31 – 33

More than 98,000 other FANTASY 5 players won cash prizes or a free Quick Pick ticket for matching two, three or four numbers. Prize payouts are as follows:

311 players matched four numbers and each won $116.50.

9,012 players matched three numbers and each won $11.00.

89,155 players matched two numbers and each won a free Quick Pick ticket.

FANTASY 5’s EZmatch option produced 13,842 winners with prizes totaling

$43,744.00.

The next FANTASY 5 drawing will be held tonight at 11:15 p.m.

Yesterday’s CASH 3 winning numbers were 8-5-3 for the midday drawing and 0-1-8 for the evening drawing. The PLAY 4 winning numbers were 4-8-1-0 for the midday drawing and 7-5-3-4 for the evening drawing.

POWERBALL JACKPOT GROWS TO $111 MILLION

The Florida Lottery today announced that the Wednesday, September 16, POWERBALL drawing resulted in a rollover, producing a $111 million jackpot for the next drawing.

The winning POWERBALL numbers were: 17 – 37 – 40 – 51 – 56 and the Powerball was 25. The Power Play multiplier was 2.

More than 93,000 Florida POWERBALL players won prizes in the game. Prize payouts are as follows:

1 player matched five numbers, to win $200,000.00.

3 players matched four numbers plus the Powerball, each winning $10,000.00.

114 players matched four numbers, each winning $100.00.

197 players matched three numbers plus the Powerball, each winning $100.00.

6,168 players matched three numbers, each winning $7.00.

2,987 players matched two numbers plus the Powerball, each winning $7.00.

20,380 players matched one number plus the Powerball, each winning $4.00.

43,108 players matched only the Powerball, each winning $3.00.

20,714 players added Power Play and matched one of the non-jackpot winning combinations listed above, multiplying their winnings by 2.

Power Play is an add-on feature to POWERBALL that allows players to multiply their non-jackpot winnings by two, three, four or five times for $1 more per play. Power Play players who match five numbers win $1 million – the original match 5 prize multiplied by five. All other non-jackpot prizes are multiplied by the Power Play multiplier, from two through five, selected at random at the start of each drawing.
