Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On September 20, 2009, at approximately 01:44 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Bambi Gail Robinson, D.O.B. 06/20/80 of 1302 Engle St,

Port Charlotte, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 10681 Deer Run

Farm Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 21, 2009, at approximately 02:13 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested John Graling Walter, D.O.B. 05/25/59 of 2731 Breezewood

Dr, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Tamiami

Trail & Littleton Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 22, 2009, at approximately 01:03 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jennifer Lee Clark, D.O.B. 03/18/64 of 20064 Saraceno Dr,

Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy/Palomino

Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 22, 2009, at approximately 02:08 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Edward M. Stivaletta, D.O.B. 09/27/62 of 6754 Candlewood

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos

Blvd/Pine Ridge Rd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On September 22, 2009, at approximately 06:20 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ernesto Gonzalez Mendez, D.O.B. 03/12/77 of 12911

Rebecca St, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12871

Iona Rd, 092209, Florida.

On September 22, 2009, at approximately 10:41 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Donna Marie Hilsee, D.O.B. 08/18/57 of 18796 Matanzas

Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail &

Forest Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 23, 2009, at approximately 12:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Robert G. Miller, D.O.B. 06/17/45 of 3549 Athenian Lane,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Cleveland

Ave & Littleton Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 23, 2009, at approximately 09:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Vicki Lynn Ely, D.O.B. 02/02/62 of 18472 Eastshore Dr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pine Ridge Rd, Fort

Myers Beach, Florida.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 12:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kristina L. Mahoney, D.O.B. 03/31/87 of 14581 Grande Cay

Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Town & River

Dr/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 01:44 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sergio Heribert Mejia Vargas, D.O.B. 11/18/86 of 3617 SW

7th St, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 20190 S

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 02:58 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Derek Christopher Gair, D.O.B. 09/23/86 of 1735 Brantley

Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 16591 Tamiami

Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 11:43 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Mark Anthony Polacek, D.O.B. 03/02/59 of 2617 W. 15th

Ave, Bradenton, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SB I-75

@MM116, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 11:32 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Elizabeth A. Delanois, D.O.B. 08/09/59 of 9435 Sunset

Harbor Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pine

Ridge Rd & San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 25, 2009, at approximately 02:24 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Chelsea Ann Pence, D.O.B. 09/19/89 of 11526 Lake

Cypress Loop, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

FGCU Lake Pkwy W./Ben Hill Griffen Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 25, 2009, at approximately 02:44 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested William Gerald Campbell, D.O.B. 07/23/53 of 909 Versailles

Dr, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 25, 2009, at approximately 08:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Nicholas James Smith, D.O.B. 01/14/80 of 1852 Golf View

Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

SR31/Caloosahatchee Bridge, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 25, 2009, at approximately 11:37 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kenneth Vincent Barnett, D.O.B. 12/02/49 of 529 Capitol St,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 5179 Palm

Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 26, 2009, at approximately 12:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Michael John Bergin, D.O.B. 08/14/89 of 6030 Jonathan

Bay Cr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2115 MLK

On September 26, 2009, at approximately 12:34 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Carolino Marin Luna, D.O.B. 05/29/79 of 3112 W. Mount

Vernon Ave, Milwaukee, WI, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR

93 & Alico Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 26, 2009, at approximately 02:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kyle Alan Baumstark, D.O.B. 08/20/83 of 2125 NE 15th St,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Cleveland Ave/N.

On September 26, 2009, at approximately 05:45 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Serge Lauzon, D.O.B. 01/07/69 of 5652 Foxlake Dr, North

On September 27, 2009, at approximately 12:38 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Judith Lynn Stengl, D.O.B. 10/16/56 of 19077 Coconut Rd,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41 & Corkscrew
