In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 13 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On September 21, 2009, at approximately 12:19 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rodrigo Hernandez, D.O.B. 09/20/80, of 4958 Tice Street,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of New York Dr. / Tice Street, Fort Myers.

On September 21, 2009, at approximately 09:56 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Theodore Grauwickel, D.O.B. 03/21/81, of 75 Victoria

Drive, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine.

The incident occurred in the area of 75 Victoria Drive, North Fort Myers.

On September 22, 2009, at approximately 05:40 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Zachariah Cole Teneyck, D.O.B. 03/26/86, of 1615 SE 8th

Ave, Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of Crystal Dr. / US 41, Fort Myers.

On September 23, 2009, at approximately 03:34 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Michael Ryan Dunn, D.O.B. 03/03/89, of 12729 Aston Oaks

Dr., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Tropic

Dr. / Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 09:52 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Derrick Lamar Wells, D.O.B. 07/17/72, of 3766 Metro Pkwy,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Hawalaska / Leonard Blvd., Lehigh Acres.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 10:10 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brent Ashley Scott, D.O.B. 09/25/85, of 2946 St. Charles

Street, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana with

Intent to Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of Hawalaska /

Leonard Blvd, Lehigh Acres.

On September 24, 2009, at approximately 10:55 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested James Louis Jenkins, D.O.B. 04/22/79, of 359 Fairfax

Drive, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

On September 25, 2009, at approximately 05:23 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Melinda Cherlisse Torres, D.O.B. 01/04/84, of 201

Riverview Rd., Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Ortiz Ave. / Ballard Rd., Fort

Myers.

On September 26, 2009, at approximately 05:21 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ryan Todd Damm, D.O.B. 08/26/76, of 7955 Cleveland Dr.,

Punta Gorda, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 1100 Everblades Pkwy, Estero.

On September 26, 2009, at approximately 05:43 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jeffrey Allan Yingling, D.O.B. 01/04/65, of 20439

Edgewood Road, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 1100 Everblades Pkwy, Estero.

On September 27, 2009, at approximately 03:47 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Karen Sue Kantz, D.O.B. 06/15/56, of 16000 Bay Pointe

Blvd., North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 16991 SR 31, North Fort

On September 27, 2009, at approximately 06:14 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ivan Castillo, D.O.B. 01/22/82, of 5212 7th Ave., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of Beacon Blvd. / Coronet St., Fort Myers.

On September 27, 2009, at approximately 10:08 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher Eldred West, D.O.B. 09/04/90, of 1607 Gulf

Stream Isles, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of South Rd. / Danley Dr., Fort

Myers.
