Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by eputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On October 5, 2009, at approximately 12:27 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested David W. Wilbur, D.O.B. 10/28/61 of 21 Parrot Pl, North Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Tamiami Trail/Brooks Rd,

North Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 6, 2009, at approximately 12:39 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Scott T. Tuttle, D.O.B. 04/04/56 of 2070 Andrea Lane, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos

Blvd/Beachwalk, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On October 6, 2009, at approximately 12:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Wilian Omar Reyes, D.O.B. 03/01/85 of 596 Lynneda Ave,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee Rd & Winged

Foot Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 6, 2009, at approximately 02:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jonathan David Settle, D.O.B. 12/03/81 of 5324 Bristo St,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2787 N Tamiami

Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 7, 2009, at approximately 02:39 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Bryant Edward Lynch, D.O.B. 12/05/68 of 31104 Pocono

St, Sorrento, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Blvd & Egret

St, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On October 7, 2009, at approximately 01:35 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Deborah Jo Dover, D.O.B. 05/19/62 of 9788 Bay Harbor Cr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13250 University

Center Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 7, 2009, at approximately 06:04 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Charles Anthony Rodriguez II, D.O.B. 05/12/83 of 209 4th

St, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 11700 S.

Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 8, 2009, at approximately 02:47 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested James Lee Sparks, D.O.B. 10/08/79 of 16182 Ravina

Way, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach Rd

& Race Track, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On October 8, 2009, at approximately 04:37 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Shasha J. Chambers, D.O.B. 11/10/69 of 1203 NE 15th Lane,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1700 Monroe St,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 8, 2009, at approximately 05:05 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kevin James Odom, D.O.B. 12/16/61 of 2610 Providence

St, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1098 N Tamiami

Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 9, 2009, at approximately 01:09 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Stephen Allan Hall, D.O.B. 05/27/88 of 913 Unice Ave N.,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Joel Blvd/Bermont

Ave, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 9, 2009, at approximately 02:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Eric Aners Rhoades, D.O.B. 09/27/88 of 3531 Westwood

Dr, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Country Oaks Dr &

Three Oaks Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 9, 2009, at approximately 02:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kevin Michael McNamara, D.O.B. 07/06/74 of 18403

Camellia Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-

75/Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 9, 2009, at approximately 02:38 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Cody Lee Miller, D.O.B. 10/16/87 of 11000 Metro Pkwy,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 16050 S Tamiami Trail,

On October 10, 2009, at approximately 01:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Harold Gene Goff, D.O.B. 12/19/81 of 2505 34th St, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 6080 Neal Rd, Fort

On October 10, 2009, at approximately 02:41 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

On October 10, 2009, at approximately 03:38 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

On October 10, 2009, at approximately 09:53 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sara Elizabeth Hoffman, D.O.B. 11/21/66 of 615 Rose

Garden Rd, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cape

On October 11, 2009, at approximately 01:47 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Francis Floyd Cavanaugh, D.O.B. 12/12/57 of 203 Coolidge

Ave, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee

Blvd/Terry St, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 11, 2009, at approximately 11:39 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Perry Stone Pilkenton, D.O.B. 03/01/59 of 1946 Indian

Creek Dr, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

5690 Bayshore Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.
