By Staff | Oct 22, 2009

Rae Nicely, executive director of Lehigh Community Services, says Lift Up Lehigh will be held Oct. 24 at Veterans Park and may attract 50 or more low or no cost service providers.

The event is open to the public and she said there will be some 1,200 free hot dogs and drinks to those who attend.

Children will have an area to be entertained, she said.

Team Rescue has partnered with the Lehigh Acres Weed & Seed Project and the Community Council of Lehigh Acres for the event.
