Narcotics Arrest Update released by Sheriff’s Office

In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 17 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On October 14, 2009, at approximately 03:21 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Diondra Demills Edwards, D.O.B. 06/06/86, of 938

Eisenhower Blvd., Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana with Intent to Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of 26th

Street SW / Owens Ave, Lehigh Acres.

On October 14, 2009, at approximately 05:16 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Tony Frank Neal Jr., D.O.B. 01/19/88, of 5633 9th Ave, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to

Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of 5600 4th Ave., Fort Myers.

On October 14, 2009, at approximately 06:52 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Paul Bilardo IV, D.O.B. 05/26/88, of 29000 Seton Ct., Bonita

Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Winthrop Ct. /

Seton Ct., Bonita Springs.

On October 14, 2009, at approximately 10:03 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Daniel Lee Heil, D.O.B. 05/20/71, of 3651 Winkler Ave., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of S. Tamiami Trail /Bernwood Pkwy, Bonita Springs .

On October 15, 2009, at approximately 10:57 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rebeca Malave, D.O.B. 11/13/81, of 2244 Iris Way, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to

Sell/Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The

incident occurred in the area of 24th Street SW/Haviland Ave, Lehigh Acres.
