Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On October 20, 2009, at approximately 10:10 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Antonio J. Aguilar, D.O.B. 05/01/51 of Rockford, IL, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Joel Blvd & Joel Way, Lehigh Acres.

On October 21, 2009, at approximately 10:28 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Zeno Alanson Goss, D.O.B. 09/25/60 of 1805 NW 7th Ave,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd/Twin

Brooks Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 22, 2009, at approximately 12:18 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Thomas Ewen MacDonald, D.O.B. 01/29/71 of 19013

Tangerine Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Oriole Rd/Pennsylvania Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 22, 2009, at approximately 05:09 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sharon Rose Rogers, D.O.B. 08/12/60 of 5308 SW 8th Ct,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cape Coral

Pkwy/Skyline Blvd, Cape Coral, Florida.

On October 22, 2009, at approximately 10:39 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Calogero M. Giordano, D.O.B. 12/15/56 of 2204 Gardenia

Way, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2204

Gardenia Way, Lehigh Acres.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 12:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kurt Allan Talbert, D.O.B. 06/16/58 of 343 NE 20th St, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75 NB

@Caloosahatchee Bridge, 102409, Florida.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 01:24 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christian Gregory Kayne, D.O.B. 01/02/88 of 17345 Castile

Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 9550

Corkscrew Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 03:45 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joseph Adam Zawacki, D.O.B. 09/25/61 of 18384 Oriole

Rd SE, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels

Pkwy/SR 82, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 04:50 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Denise Michelle Berube, D.O.B. 09/26/61 of 1324 SE 37th

St, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Veterans

Pkwy/Sandoval, Cape Coral, Florida.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 06:15 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Samantha Dale Day, D.O.B. 05/28/68 of 27033 Allan St,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 11:35 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Timothy Edwin Stone, D.O.B. 09/23/83 of 3612 2nd St SW,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 11th St

SW/Sunshine Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 23, 2009, at approximately 11:50 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Nicolas Jaimes, D.O.B. 10/12/74 of 4323 Enterprise Ave,

Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Andros Ave/Alcala St,

Lehigh Acres.

On October 24, 2009, at approximately 01:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher David Bessert, D.O.B. 08/02/78 of 14571

Calusa Palms Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Cypress Lake Dr/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 24, 2009, at approximately 02:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Todd Thurston Summers, D.O.B. 04/14/72 of 24720 Sweet

Gum Ct, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Summerlin Rd/Safety St, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 24, 2009, at approximately 02:45 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Phillip James Debernardi, D.O.B. 04/10/85 of 2610

Sunniland Blvd, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

SR 80/Power Plant, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 24, 2009, at approximately 05:01 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher Charles Lavelli, D.O.B. 04/29/57 of 2782 Forest

Park Ave, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1000

Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On October 24, 2009, at approximately 10:39 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christobal Reyes, D.O.B. 04/04/81 of ‘27138 Pinecrest Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Coconut Rd/S

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 24, 2009, at approximately 11:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Pedro Perdomo, D.O.B. 01/14/52 of 2517 W. Walnut St,

On October 25, 2009, at approximately 01:21 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Maria D. Santiago Reyes, D.O.B. 07/22/86 of 4074 Pricton

St, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13830 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 25, 2009, at approximately 02:31 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher M. Patqius, D.O.B. 04/02/76 of 1146 Old Bridge

Rd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Old

Bridge Rd & Bayline Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 25, 2009, at approximately 05:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ignacio Romero Jr, D.O.B. 02/09/72 of 2511 33rd St W,

On October 25, 2009, at approximately 09:03 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Phillip Earl Ward, D.O.B. 12/24/55 of 2955 Holly Rd, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cal Cove Dr/Jenifer Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 25, 2009, at approximately 11:40 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Arcadio Chavez, D.O.B. 01/15/58 of 273 Del Mar Ave, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Kelly Rd & McGregor

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
