Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On November 23, 2009, at approximately 06:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested William Gerald Albury, D.O.B. 12/10/64 of 108 Torch Terrace,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 108 Torch

Terrace, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 24, 2009, at approximately 01:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Shaun Patrick Healy, D.O.B. 11/21/79 of 1809 Hough St,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Fowler St & Colonial

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 24, 2009, at approximately 01:15 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Juan Carlos Mateo, D.O.B. 01/15/69 of 26598 Cap Verde

Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of W. Terry

St/Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On November 24, 2009, at approximately 09:50 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Corey Lee Hicks, D.O.B. 09/10/79 of 443 SW 19th Lane, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gulf Coast Hospital

Doctor Way, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 25, 2009, at approximately 05:07 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Cody Lee Campbell, D.O.B. 05/07/90 of 7831Reflection

Cove, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7640 Ebson

Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 25, 2009, at approximately 11:23 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Stephen G. Wilson, D.O.B. 09/30/68 of 1609 SW 18th Lane,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Lake Dr &

Edison Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 01:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher Lee McCollister, D.O.B. 06/26/67 of 7841

Gladiolus Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Gladiolus Dr & S. Tamiami Trail Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 02:49 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested John James Dunn, D.O.B. 02/02/81 of 21562 Indian Bayou

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1300 Estero

Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 03:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Veronica Mae Derosier, D.O.B. 03/22/64 of 153 SE 1st Pl,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 3453 Hancock

Bridge Pkwy, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 05:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Corey Morris Purcell, D.O.B. 03/11/86 of 2830 71st Cr,

Vero Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hanson St, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 03:08 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Allison Deanna Jaye, D.O.B. 10/29/87 of 7621 Morgan

Jones Dr, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

8239 W. Jamestown Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 06:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Lucille Joy Spuhler, D.O.B. 02/14/56 of 27717 Tennessee

St, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bay

Commons Dr/S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On November 26, 2009, at approximately 10:05 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested James Kenneth Utt, D.O.B. 09/10/54 of 15554 Kapok Ct,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus Dr & San

Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 27, 2009, at approximately 05:41 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sergio T. Guillen Escoto, D.O.B. 05/05/60 of 3521 Royal

Palm Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Page

Field Commons & Fowler St, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 28, 2009, at approximately 01:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ariel Marie Claire Winslow, D.O.B. 03/10/88 of 939 Beach

Rd, Sanibel, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of E. Daniels Pkwy,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 28, 2009, at approximately 02:03 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Glenn Lawrence Miller, D.O.B. 12/14/79 of 1913 NE 17th

Ave, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd

& Magnolia, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 28, 2009, at approximately 02:57 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Morgan Ann Thorsen, D.O.B. 12/21/82 of 9774 Country

Oaks Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd &

s. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 29, 2009, at approximately 01:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested John Lawrence Granville, D.O.B. 02/02/38 of 14637 Paul

Revere Loop, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Newpost Rd & Foxlake Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On November 29, 2009, at approximately 03:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Cameron Scott Hoch, D.O.B. 05/01/84 of 6459 Highcroft Dr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach

Rd/Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On November 29, 2009, at approximately 06:33 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Gabriel Fernandez, D.O.B. 02/25/69 of 10460 Joe Green

Ct, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus Dr &

Alexandria, Fort Myers, Florida.

If you have a cellular phone, you can report drunk drivers while traveling in Lee County. Dial 9-1-1 if you want to be eligible for a $100 dollar reward through the “Mobile Eyes” program. A 911 caller reporting a drunk driver and
