In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 17 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On January 11, 2010, at approximately 08:40 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rockelle Nicole Mitchell, D.O.B. 09/21/86, of 1160 Polk

Street, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 219 Ichabad Ave, Lehigh

Acres.

On January 12, 2010, at approximately 03:36 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joseph Emmanuel Berg, D.O.B. 07/20/84, of 19784

Madelena Cir., Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuaan. The incident occurred in the area of 20041 Estero Parkway,

Estero.

On January 12, 2010, at approximately 08:11 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ryan Charles Durso, D.O.B. 07/25/90, of 7715 Foxbloom

Drive, xxx, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of I-75 / mm 145,

Fort Myers.

On January 12, 2010, at approximately 09:36 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Chris Allen Rogers, D.O.B. 01/30/64, of 12219 Second

Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Methamphetamine. The incident occurred in the area of Cape Coral Pkwy /

Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral.

On January 13, 2010, at approximately 03:08 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Amy Sue Smith, D.O.B. 08/18/74, of 80 E. Mariana Ave,

North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of Woodward Ave/Clark St., North Fort Myers.

On January 13, 2010, at approximately 10:47 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Leonard Leonardo, D.O.B. 04/30/61, of Ft, Myers on felony

drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area

of Hagie Dr / Forrest/Knoll Cir, Fort Myers.

On January 14, 2010, at approximately 12:55 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Paul Daniel Maroon, D.O.B. 05/09/70, of 1002 NW 15th

Ave, Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of 28600 Trails Edge Blvd, Bonita Springs.

On January 15, 2010, at approximately 03:27 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ashley Jane Petrescu, D.O.B. 05/17/90, of 25700 Creek

Bend Dr., Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Three Oaks / Corkscrew,

On January 15, 2010, at approximately 10:37 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Filberto Esqulin, D.O.B. 11/05/62, of 28100 Pinehaven

Way, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine with

Intent to Sell / Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance without a

Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of

8951 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs.

On January 16, 2010, at approximately 12:09 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sherman Curtis Smith, D.O.B. 12/25/58, of Fort Myers, on

misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 2118 Grace Ave, Fort Myers.

On January 16, 2010, at approximately 01:38 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Tracy Renee Eaton, D.O.B. 01/03/89, of 13750 Plantation

Rd., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 7105

Constitution Blvd., Fort Myers.

On January 16, 2010, at approximately 03:27 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Santos Solis, D.O.B. 08/29/91, of 4100 Edgewood Ave,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession Cocaine with Intent to

Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of 836 Nuna Ave, Fort Myers.

On January 16, 2010, at approximately 04:06 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Randall Lee May, D.O.B. 05/30/90, of 14410 Duke Hwy,

Alva, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.

On January 16, 2010, at approximately 09:57 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jesus Bustos Saldina, D.O.B. 06/02/63, of 4989 N Galaxy

Dr., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine with

Intent to Sell/Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell / Deliver. The

incident occurred in the area of 4948 Jupiter Road, Fort Myers.

On January 16, 2010, at approximately 12:56 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Harlan Griffin Frazier III, D.O.B. 01/20/90, of 121 Palermo

Cir, Fort Myers Beach, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijauna. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Ave, Fort Myers.

On January 17, 2010, at approximately 01:36 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Luis Vasquez, D.O.B. 09/06/90, of 4412 Golfview Blvd,

Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach / Upcohall, Fort Myers.

On January 17, 2010, at approximately 07:05 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ryne Charles Felt, D.O.B. 10/19/89, of 1281 Barrigona Ct,

Naples, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Coro Mediterra Cir. / Marcel Dr., Bonita

Springs.
