In the week of February 1 the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 12 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On February 2, 2010, at approximately 12:51 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kerrie Elizabeth Kynard, D.O.B. 09/17/90, of 5549 Birdsong

Drive, Bokeelia, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of Ave. C / Stringfellow, Bokeelia.

On February 2, 2010, at approximately 11:47 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested James Sneider, D.O.B. 07/19/83, of 2107 Kismet Pkwy,

Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Littleton Rd. /

Corbett Rd., Cape Coral.

On February 4, 2010, at approximately 06:33 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Samuel Enrique Carrasquillo, D.O.B. 06/28/62, of 1869

Coral Point Dr., Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Heroin

with Intent to Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of 1515 Maple

Ave., Fort Myers.

On February 4, 2010, at approximately 08:50 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Erwin Jontae Wells, D.O.B. 09/27/90, of 2560 Charleston

Park Dr., Alva, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine with intent

to Sell/Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell/Deliver. The

incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd. / Silk Bay, Lehigh Acres.

On February 5, 2010, at approximately 01:56 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kenneth Eby, D.O.B. 04/14/67, of 1735 Brantley Road, Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Kenwood Lane, Fort Myers.

On February 5, 2010, at approximately 09:18 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jose Alcazar Jose, D.O.B. 12/03/85, of 16180 Dublin

Circle, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Trafficking Heroin. The

incident occurred in the area of Colonial Blvd. / Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers.

On February 6, 2010, at approximately 12:33 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Chad Davis, D.O.B. 02/26/88, of 1137 Green Ave, North

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Tice St. / Ortiz Ave, Fort Myers.

On February 6, 2010, at approximately 01:18 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Heather Tomaskovich, D.O.B. 09/16/82, of 231 Lowell Ave,

North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 2238 Laurel Drive, North Fort

Myers.

On February 6, 2010, at approximately 03:24 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kristina Lynn Whitman, D.O.B. 08/24/83, of 560 Glen Oak

Road, Venice, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 4770 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers.

On February 7, 2010, at approximately 02:19 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jesus Contreras Garia, D.O.B. 06/06/72, of 4918 Luckett

Road, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Glenwood Ave, Fort Myers.

On February 7, 2010, at approximately 07:38 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Theresa Jean Palazzo, D.O.B. 10/30/62, of 208 Georgia

Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of Fairfax Dr. / Garcia Ave, Fort Myers.

On February 7, 2010, at approximately 06:16 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kenneth Paul Tyler, D.O.B. 04/18/61, of 4773 Orange

Grove Blvd., North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 2725 Winona Dr., North Fort
