Narcotics arrest update released by Sheriff’s Office

In the past two week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 14 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On February 24, 2010, at approximately 01:06 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Steven George McCune, D.O.B. 11/11/73, of 17486 Dumont

Drive, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of S. Cleveland Ave/ Crystal Dr.,

Fort Myers.

On February 25, 2010, at approximately 02:11 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Laura Patrice Contildes, D.O.B. 11/28/53, of 2680 Park

Windsor Drive, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the

area of Atlantic Ave. / Stockton St., North Fort Myers.

On February 26, 2010, at approximately 07:54 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Keith Edward Mutchler, D.O.B. 01/27/65, of Stringfellow

Rd, St. James City, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Pine

Island Road / Pompano Ave., Cape Coral.

On February 27, 2010, at approximately 01:53 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Nicholas Mark Molinelli, D.O.B. 12/26/87, of 12150 Clover

Dr., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 13499 Bell Tower Dr., Fort Myers.

On February 27, 2010, at approximately 02:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested David Robert Sharon, D.O.B. 08/30/84, of 9421 Camelot

Dr., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine,

Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident

occurred in the area of Pine Ridge Rd. / San Carlos Blvd., Fort Myers Beach.

On March 3, 2010, at approximately 01:59 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested James Allen Gerhart, D.O.B. 05/10/83, of 344 Redlin St,

North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of 2115 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort

Myers.

On March 3, 2010, at approximately 03:53 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joshua David Bloomberg, D.O.B. 08/22/91, of 410 Harry

Ave S, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy / SR 82, Fort

On March 3, 2010, at approximately 04:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Karen Leigh Hargitt, D.O.B. 01/30/54, of 26511 Bay Rd,

Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd. / Prescott Dr., Fort

Myers Beach.

On March 4, 2010, at approximately 03:29 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kyle Edward Matthew, D.O.B. 10/02/79, of 8242 Matanzas

Rd, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 10391

Corkscrew Rd., Estero.

On March 5, 2010, at approximately 02:47 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dustin Wayne Lebline, D.O.B. 05/05/88, of 3203 Ruth Lane,

Cape Coral, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Orange River / Williams Rd., Fort Myers.

On March 6, 2010, at approximately 12:26 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Connie Edward Roberts, D.O.B. 10/10/75, of 3992

Wheaton Ct., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

area of 2115 Dr. Martine Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers.

On March 6, 2010, at approximately 03:12 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Todd Andrew Gordon, D.O.B. 01/19/65, of 648 Carolina

Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijauna.

The incident occurred in the area of 8898 Eastling Dr., Bokeelia.

On March 6, 2010, at approximately 07:02 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Juan Abrajan, D.O.B. 12/04/78, of 17675 Butler Rd, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Smuggling

Contraband into a Controlled Facility. The incident occurred in the area of

1700 Monroe St, Fort Myers.

On March 7, 2010, at approximately 11:06 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brittany Shae Waltemathe, D.O.B. 09/19/83, of 11630

Navarro Way, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Freeman Road, Fort Myers.
