Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On March 8, 2010, at approximately 01:37 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Edward Frank Cassavell, D.O.B. 11/30/70 of 5720 NW 54th Terrace,

Gainesville, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR 45/Constitution

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 8, 2010, at approximately 03:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jeffrey Ryan Hoenie, D.O.B. 07/04/88 of 11525 McKenna Ave,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Sanibel Blvd/S.

Tamiami Trail, Estero, Florida.

On March 8, 2010, at approximately 10:08 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Lewis Dallas Flint, D.O.B. 07/09/85 of 3810 22nd SW St, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 23rd St SW/Susan Ave

S., Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 04:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kevin James Odom, D.O.B. 12/16/61 of 2610 Providence St, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 121 Pondella Rd, North

Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 06:53 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested David Ramon Smeraldo, D.O.B. 09/04/58 of 3605 Panther Lane, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Six Mile Cypress Pkwy &

Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 08:10 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Frank Michael Demario, D.O.B. 09/12/85 of 25130 Sandpiper Greens

Ct, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Bay

Blvd/S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 09:27 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Tina Michelle Salg, D.O.B. 05/09/75 of 19103 Tangerine Rd, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pine Ridge Rd/Summerlin

Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 11:29 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Karlyn Rae DaPrato, D.O.B. 02/28/78 of 6017 Courtside Dr,

Bradenton, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Vanderbilt Dr/8th St,

Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 10, 2010, at approximately 03:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kayla Lillian Shelley, D.O.B. 05/31/88 of 8451 Kingbird Loop, Estero,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Pkwy & Three Oaks

Pkwy, Estero, Florida.

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 01:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 10:35 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Corrie Lee Pepin, D.O.B. 09/25/84 of 5523 Whispering Willow Way,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 20050 Chapel

Trace, Estero, Florida.

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 11:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Daniel Jacob Dye, D.O.B. 01/02/89 of 4141 Bay Beach Lane, Fort

Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Summerlin

Rd/Winkler Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 11:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested William Gordon Cumming, D.O.B. 12/05/42 of 12422 McGregor

Woods Cr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita

Beach Rd/Eastbrook, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 10:05 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Abbie Rosen Tate, D.O.B. 04/04/57 of 4121 Del Prado Blvd, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Parkway Lane, Fort Myers,

Florida.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 11:31 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

On March 14, 2010, at approximately 11:28 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kristin Joy Alexander, D.O.B. 12/05/65 of 607 SW 9th Ct, Cape
