Each week, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office lists the names of people who have been charged in regards to possession of narcotics and related charges. Those arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The following people have been arrested and charged with an offense over the past week.

On March 8, 2010, at approximately 03:51 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Eric Lee Payne, D.O.B. 04/16/85, of 12648 Kenwood Lane,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Alabama Rd. /

Arizona Rd., Lehigh Acres.

On March 8, 2010, at approximately 05:57 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jeffrey Ryan Hoenie, D.O.B. 07/04/88, of 11525 McKenna

Ave, Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Sanibel Rd. / S. Tamiami Trail,

Estero.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 08:53 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Raul Gomez Jr., D.O.B. 09/09/90, of 1442 Navajo Ave,

LaBelle, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of 23910 Palm Beach Blvd., Alva.

On March 9, 2010, at approximately 08:55 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Miguel Angel Moreno Olivera, D.O.B. 12/18/88, of 1305

Mohawk Ave, LaBelle, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine.

The incident occurred in the area of 23910 Palm Beach Blvd, Alva.

On March 10, 2010, at approximately 04:20 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Shaun Francis Scadina, D.O.B. 05/13/76, of 13565 Eagle

Ridge Dr, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 13019

N. Cleveland Ave, North Fort Myers.

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 01:39 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Stafford Wyatt Groff, D.O.B. 05/25/73, of 5437 Seventh

Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of 4th Ave. / Cypress Dr., Fort Myers.

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 01:51 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Elvester Sullivan, D.O.B. 02/12/59, of 3429 Dr. Martin

Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Dr. / 3rd Ave, Fort Myers.

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 03:45 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Amanda Charlene Helms, D.O.B. 11/01/79, of 13421 First

Street, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of 523 Carolina Ave., Fort Myers.

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 04:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Katherine Elizabeth Marle, D.O.B. 01/12/85, of 2000 N

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the

area of 2939 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jesse Fournia, D.O.B. 03/08/74, of 726 Pan Am Road,

Naples, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the

area of Carter Rd. / Corkscrew Rd., Fort Myers.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 01:45 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ryan Michael Lynch, D.O.B. 06/13/85, of 9062 Frank Rd.,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription, Possession of Marijauna. The incident occurred in the

area of Oriole Rd. / Frank Rd., Fort Myers.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 05:42 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Nicholas Anthony Casciano, D.O.B. 11/27/89, of 20090

Wolfe Trail., Estero, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine,

Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of E. Broadway /

Tanglewood, Estero.

On March 12, 2010, at approximately 05:50 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rolando Mejia, D.O.B. 06/01/91, of 9021 E. Broadway St.,

Estero, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of E. Broadway /

On March 13, 2010, at approximately 03:10 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Edmund Bell Alsop, D.O.B. 11/01/70, of 17241 Devore

Lane, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of canal St. / Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach.

On March 14, 2010, at approximately 03:04 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Israel Galeas, D.O.B. 10/04/72, of 5429 7th Ave, Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 1439 Mandel Road, Fort Myers.
