Lehigh Acres firefighters with help from Tice Fire Dept. responded to an unknown type of fire in the northwest corner of Lehigh Acres late Monday night.

Fire Marshal Ken Bennett said the house was fully involved with fire coming through the roof. At the time of the fire, the house was unoccupied, he said. No injuries were reported. The fire was extinguished with 5,800 gallons of water. Location of the house was at 6011 Susan Ave., N., and the call came in at 11:19 p.m., Monday, March 22.

Bennett said the fire is under investigation by the Florida State Fire Marshal’s Office.
