Duane K. Hoxsie

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Parkway, in Cape Coral for Duane Keith Hoxsie, 71, of Lehigh Acres, who died on March 28, 2010 in Cape Coral. He was born on January 1, 1939 in Binghamton, N.Y., the only child of the late Harry V. and Jane A. (Disbro) Hoxsie.

Duane owned Hoxsie’s Alignment Service in Binghamton, N.Y., before moving to Fort Myers 25 years ago. Until recently he worked for many years at Temple Judea Synagogue in Fort Myers.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lucille (Anderson) Hoxsie; his children, Lou Ann (David) Sullivan of Binghamton, N.Y., and Harry J. (Kristen) Hoxsie of Lehigh Acres, and six grandchildren.
