In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 15 drug arrests. They are as follows:

On March 30, 2010, at approximately 09:43 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jeffrey Douglas Hogan, D.O.B. 02/19/65, of 5558 Palm

Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Carolina Ave. / Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers .

On March 31, 2010, at approximately 02:40 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rommy More Gutierrez, D.O.B. 06/12/75, of 4608 28th

Street SW, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 4520 Bonita Beach Rd.,

Bonita Springs.

On March 31, 2010, at approximately 07:48 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher David Dobson, D.O.B. 10/29/75, of 5318 26th

Ave SW, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the

area of Alvin Ave. / Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres.

On April 1, 2010, at approximately 04:15 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Dorothy Loretta Kynard, D.O.B. 09/27/64, of 7499 Barrancas Ave,

Bokeelia, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Stringfellow /

Sesame Dr., Bokeelia.

On April 1, 2010, at approximately 06:23 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Joshua Corey Hendricks, D.O.B. 05/04/88, of 7769 McDaniel Dr.,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of First St. / West

Rd., Fort Myers.

On April 1, 2010, at approximately 06:45 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Seewah Persaud, D.O.B. 09/20/86, of 761 Bahama Ave, Lehigh

Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres.

On April 2, 2010, at approximately 06:01 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Lauren Marie Franceski, D.O.B. 04/13/90, of 208 Seaton Ave.,

Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 1181 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres.

On April 2, 2010, at approximately 06:19 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kenneth Daniel Gooden, D.O.B. 03/21/89, of 1115 Euclid Ave, Lehigh

Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to

Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of 1181 Homestead Road,

Lehigh Acres.

On April 3, 2010, at approximately 05:08 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael James Sherman, D.O.B. 11/10/61, of 1112 State Ave, Lehigh

Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of Tice St. / Ortiz Ave., Fort Myers.

On April 3, 2010, at approximately 05:45 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Asael Aguilar Hernandez, D.O.B. 07/01/89, of 8372 Beacon Blvd,

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 12999 S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers.

On April 3, 2010, at approximately 06:22 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Samuel Brady Chapman, D.O.B. 03/19/87, of 4433 Little Hickory Rd.,

Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach Rd. / S. Tamiami Trail., Bonita

Springs.

On April 3, 2010, at approximately 06:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Bryan David Vega, D.O.B. 08/01/89, of 7615 Ebson Drive, North Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

area of Crescent St. / 5th St., Fort Myers.

On April 4, 2010, at approximately 03:08 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Charles Ruben Montalvo, D.O.B. 09/11/88, of 612 Winkler Ave., Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 4566 Goldview Blvd., Lehigh Acres.

On April 4, 2010, at approximately 03:23 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Robert Lee Gordon, D.O.B. 08/22/88, of 833 Jarmilla Dr., Fort Myers,

on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 548 Ellis St., North Fort Myers.

On April 4, 2010, at approximately 03:50 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Erica Lehigh Ulrich, D.O.B. 06/18/80, of 14961 Hole in One Cir., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Smuggling Contraband into a Detention

Facility. The incident occurred in the area of 2501 Ortiz Ave., Fort Myers.
