Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On April 5, 2010, at approximately 02:45 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Dietrich A. Shaffer, D.O.B. 04/29/82 of 6136 Whiskey Creek Dr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy &

Plantation Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 6, 2010, at approximately 01:06 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Brandon Matthew Sackett, D.O.B. 08/26/79 of 8417 Buena Vista Rd,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 8600 Alico Rd, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On April 6, 2010, at approximately 02:56 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Tara Lyn Millman, D.O.B. 06/24/81 of 7101 Pinnacle Dr, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Park Meadows Dr/Summerlin Rd,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 6, 2010, at approximately 04:15 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Alvaro Martinez, D.O.B. 07/23/82 of 1895 N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 121 Pondella Rd, North

Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 6, 2010, at approximately 07:59 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jane Kurtz Waybright, D.O.B. 10/27/76 of 3306 Shell Mound Ave,

Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Driftwood

Ave/Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On April 7, 2010, at approximately 09:02 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Willaim R. Bonham, D.O.B. 07/09/52 of 15610 Iona Lakes Dr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd/Iona Rd,

On April 7, 2010, at approximately 11:32 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested John Adam Bosworth, D.O.B. 11/10/77 of 18339 Cortland Ave, Port

Charlotte, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd &

Jamestown, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 8, 2010, at approximately 09:38 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested John Wood McDonald, D.O.B. 06/06/63 of 2901 Boston St, Baltimore,

MD, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Calros Blvd/Summerlin

Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 9, 2010, at approximately 10:52 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Tracy Lynne Syanovitz, D.O.B. 10/23/63 of 8059 Taum Ct, Naples,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 22170 Ponte Romano Lane, Estero,

Florida.

On April 9, 2010, at approximately 11:48 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Matthew Ruben Bolton, D.O.B. 03/27/83 of 23067 Rye Ave, Port

Charlotte, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd

Weber Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 10, 2010, at approximately 01:56 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Bret Kenneth Stemper, D.O.B. 07/20/85 of 3406 22nd St, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 17451 San Carlos Blvd,

On April 10, 2010, at approximately 03:01 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

On April 10, 2010, at approximately 06:25 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jonathon Charles Guffey, D.O.B. 10/29/79 of 5821 Jackson Rd, Fort
