DUI Arrest Update”

The followiing are people who have been charged by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office with impaired driving charges such as driving under the influence. The following were arrested with the DUI offense during thepst week, as prepared by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On April 19, 2010, at approximately 12:09 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Louis Fredrick Damron, D.O.B. 11/06/60 of 8101 Howell Ave, North

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75/Palm Beach

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 19, 2010, at approximately 12:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Nicholas Blake Smith, D.O.B. 12/15/85 of 8931 NW 78th Pl, Tamarac,

arrested Martha Lorena Aguirre, D.O.B. 11/11/71 of 11188 Safari Dr, Bonita

Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hampton St/Shriver

Ave, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On April 20, 2010, at approximately 12:24 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Thomas Irwin Ebrite, D.O.B. 10/01/49 of 8264 Key Royal Cr, Naples,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19951 S Tamiami Trail, Estero,

Florida.

On April 20, 2010, at approximately 02:29 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Joshua Kendrick Stewart, D.O.B. 08/10/86 of 7870 Reflection Cove

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12749 S

Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 20, 2010, at approximately 04:48 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Justin Wesley Goodwin, D.O.B. 09/30/75 of 679 W 4th Ave,

Oneonta AL, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach

Rd/Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On April 20, 2010, at approximately 06:24 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael Robert MacClugage, D.O.B. 03/25/75 of 6226 Star Grass Lane,

Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus Dr & Maida

On April 20, 2010, at approximately 10:57 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Christopher Joseph Vargo, D.O.B. 08/04/76 of 1104 Beth Ave,

On April 21, 2010, at approximately 12:24 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jean Ellen Winters, D.O.B. 05/27/54 of 426 Bell Blvd, Lehigh Acres,
