To The Editor:

East County Water Control District Commissioner Nate Stout has a customer called I&E (owned by the Pfuner family) who wants to sell their building to the ECWCD. The board has given authorization for its director to offer them $620,000.

Should Mr. Stout vote on the bond issue that would give ECWCD money to buy the building? I say no.
