Guest Opinion: Forcing a change is possible
The most viable answer to our problems with government seems to be at hand: we need to initiate class-action type criminal charges against various public servants and follow those up with civil suits against government-agency corporations.
Why is this true? It is no longer difficult to prove conspiracy and there is a very long list of conspiracies. Even Ole Glenn Beck is “verifying” conspiracies and is doing a good job of it.
Let me give you a hint about a conspiracy that has not been “disclosed”: The USA, INC owns about $4 Trillion in businesses in Red China. Did you know that?
Red China can’t “foreclose” on us because of these investments. How can anyone compete with a government business when government controls the trade policy? There is more.
A lot of you have disregarded what I have written about our status as persons, etc., well this is a chance to prove me wrong.
We need to bring charges based on criminal conspiracy and then let them answer.
This may sound impossible but it is very possible and is not that hard to do; all we need is support from our citizens, you and those like you.
I would be happy to offer suggestions as to how the documents would be written and to whom to address them. I am not offering legal advice; I am offering suggestions on how to start getting things done for a change.
The housing fiasco, the banking changes about to be passed, the loss of jobs, taxes, schools, Vietnam, and a myriad of other things can be addressed in a lawful and concise manner.
Someone will have to answer to the charges and they will have to answer with citations, not mumbo and jumbo.
There are proofs. It won’t cost us a thing. If nothing else it will get some people off the fence and it will show just who is, or isn’t, on our side.
If you are one who has worked your whole life only to be denied your benefits and you want a voice you may want to consider what I just wrote.
Our goals? Lawful taxes for lawful functions of government and retribution for what they have stolen from us.
