In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of nine drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On May 3, 2010, at approximately 04:29 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested John Vidal Olvera, D.O.B. 09/26/89, of 18419 Heather Road, Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 2776 Cleveland

Ave, Fort Myers.

On May 3, 2010, at approximately 05:58 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Seth Ralph Coleman, D.O.B. 01/16/84, of 8105 Ackman Road, on

felony drug charges for Smuggle Contraband into a Controlled Facility,

Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 9981 S. Health

Park Circle, Fort Myers.

On May 4, 2010, at approximately 06:07 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael Anthony Contrerea, D.O.B. 02/17/82, of 9060 Tangelo Blvd.,

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Miami Blvd. / Bartow Blvd., Fort Myers.

On May 5, 2010, at approximately 01:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jason Michael Rodriguez, D.O.B. 03/23/85, of 18574 Wisteria Road,

incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd. / Evergreen Rd., Fort Myers .

On May 5, 2010, at approximately 06:00 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Justin John Hodgkins, D.O.B. 06/13/89, of 12950 Spincer St., Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of San Carlos / Broadway, Fort Myers Beach.

On May 6, 2010, at approximately 08:28 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Cecil Burgess, D.O.B. 10/18/67, of 548 Ellis Street, North Fort Myers,

on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a

Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Clark St. / Woodward Ave,

North Fort Myers.

On May 8, 2010, at approximately 01:05 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Wade Courtney Matthew Jr., D.O.B. 04/08/88, of 4658 Sierra Lane,

Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijauna.

The incident occurred in the area of Sierra Lane / El Dorado Blvd., Bonita

Springs.

On May 8, 2010, at approximately 02:09 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Salvatore Anthony Tavolacci, D.O.B. 08/11/72, of 6721 Matt Pledger

Ct., North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Bch Blvd. / Underwood

St., Fort Myers.

On May 8, 2010, at approximately 07:51 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Steffan Theodore Scott, D.O.B. 09/30/89, of 10030 Shepard St., Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Tampa Rd. / San Carlos Blvd., Fort Myers.
