ECWCD hired their own appraiser for $3,700 of our tax money to tell them the Pfuner building is worth $750,000 or maybe a little more.

More of the manager spin to find an excuse to buy the building using an outside beard to bring into the decision so the board won’t look like they did it on their own.

Now with their bad credit rating they are going to try to sweet talk a bank into lending them a million dollars to close the deal.

Question: What bank is that dumb to put their depositors’ mony at risk.
