In the past two weeks the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 19 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.

On June 28, 2010, at approximately 02:30 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jerald Daniel Noble, D.O.B. 06/21/89, of 804 McKinley Ave,

Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 203 W 6th Street, Lehigh Acres.

On June 30, 2010, at approximately 05:46 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Michael William Pelton, D.O.B. 04/22/88, of 7581 Cordoba

Cir, Naples, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the

area of Bonita Beach Road. / Downs Street, Bonita Springs.

On June 30, 2010, at approximately 09:51 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ann Marie Conidaris, D.O.B. 05/12/68, of 7918 Sandal

Wood Cir., Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Summerlin Rd. / Pine Ridge,

Fort Myers.

On July 1, 2010, at approximately 01:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Willie Lester, D.O.B. 12/17/70, of 12342 Woodrose Ct., Fort Myers, on

misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 9th Street / Oak Ave, Fort Myers.

On July 2, 2010, at approximately 12:47 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Girdon Wayne Newman, D.O.B. 02/02/72, of 243 SE 45th Street,

Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Trafficking Opium, Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the

area of 2170 Laurel Lane, North Fort Myers.

On July 3, 2010, at approximately 10:39 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Ernesto Vladimir Herbello, D.O.B. 09/10/67, of 2510 15th Street SW,

Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Smuggle

contraband into Detention Facility. The incident occurred in the area of Oak

Street / N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers.

On July 3, 2010, at approximately 12:58 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Alexander Reyes, D.O.B. 02/25/90, of 5451 10th Ave, Fort Myers,

on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in

the area of 1843 Maple Drive, Fort Myers.

On July 4, 2010, at approximately 03:06 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael William Carlisle Jr., D.O.B. 04/16/80, of Eland Drive, North

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of McNeill Road /

Pondella Road, North Fort Myers.

On July 5, 2010, at approximately 03:02 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Brian James Laux, D.O.B. 06/26/62, of 2253 E. 9th Street, Lehigh

Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of 2523 Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres.

On July 6, 2010, at approximately 06:52 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Willie Christmas II, D.O.B. 08/31/80, of 2600 SW 28th Street, Lehigh

Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of W. 5th Street / Magnolia Ave,

Lehigh Acres.

On July 6, 2010, at approximately 09:45 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jeffrey David Dessak, D.O.B. 07/19/90, of 11470 Longwater Chase

Ct., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

occurred in the area of 9981 Health Park Dr., Fort Myers.

On July 7, 2010, at approximately 06:04 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jose Fundador Colon, D.O.B. 11/09/91, of 1064 N. Tamiami Trail,

North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance wihtout a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 1064 N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers.

On July 8, 2010, at approximately 03:34 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Michael Andrew Fouts, D.O.B. 05/09/84, of 1734 Magnolia Drive,

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of

Gunnery Road / Leonard Blvd., Lehigh Acres.

On July 9, 2010, at approximately 06:52 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Angel Abraham Carpio, D.O.B. 05/12/80, of 616 Columbus Ave.,

Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of E. 18th Street / Robert Ave., Lehigh Acres.

On July 9, 2010, at approximately 07:56 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Joaquin Hernandez, D.O.B. 08/06/76, of 1045 Winters Street, Lehigh

Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 14750 Six Mile Cypress

Pkwy., Fort Myers.

On July 9, 2010, at approximately 11:58 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Oscar Manuel Gonzalez, D.O.B. 11/28/82, of 11350 Red Blvd.,

Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Trafficking Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of Bay Landing / S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs.

On July 10, 2010, at approximately 12:15 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Matthew Lee Rangel, D.O.B. 11/28/82, of 28070 Dovewood Ct.,

On July 10, 2010, at approximately 12:37 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Steven Luis Ortiz, D.O.B. 06/15/83, of 3202 42nd Street SW, Lehigh

Acres, on felony drug charges for Trafficking Cocaine. The incident

On July 10, 2010, at approximately 03:39 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Christy Ann Scofic, D.O.B. 09/10/90, of 6757 Dana Ct., Fort Myers,

the area of 6481 Aragon Way, Fort Myers.
