Jimmy R. Molina

Jimmy Renter Molina, 81, of Lehigh Acres, died July 15, 2010 in Lehigh. He was born Sept. 9, 1928 in Hachita, N.M., and was the son of Aurlio and Petra Molina.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired as sergeant first class. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star medals. Molina lived in Lehigh Acres since 2000 and was a former resident of LaBelle and Homestead. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita R. Molina; stepdaughters, Kathy Hoffman of Cranberry Township, Pa., and Barbara Nasralla of Boca Raton, Fla., and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Molina.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 23, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel at Hope Hospice, 1201 Wings Way, Lehigh Acres with Chaplain Chuck Wester officiating.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home – LaBelle.
