Second annual SW Florida’s Got Talent begins July 27
The Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Conric PR & Marketing host the 2nd Annual Southwest Florida’s Got Talent
The first competition is scheduled in Lee County on Tuesday, July 27 from 5:30 – 9 p.m. at the Edison Restaurant in Fort Myers. A second competition is scheduled in Collier County at Ultra in Naples on Saturday, August 28 from 5:30 9 p.m. The top 5 winners from Lee and Collier will perform at the SWFL’s Got Talent Grande Finale on September 28h from 5:30 9 p.m. at a location to be announced.
Open networking and hot buffet begins at 5:30 p.m. and runs until 6:30 p.m., with the talent show starting promptly at 6:30 p.m. There are more than 18 performances scheduled for the Lee County competition. Five performances will be selected to advance to the final round in September to compete for cash, prizes, and promotions. Celebrity judges include Chief Douglas Baker from the Fort Myers Police Department, Pamela J. Cronin – vice presdient of Fun Stuff/The Shell Factory & Nature Park, Fort Myers Mayor Randy Henderson and Bill Wood “Wild Bill” from FOX 4.
Guests pay $10 to attend the event, which includes admission, heavy appetizers, drink specials, open networking and talent show.
