Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On July 19, 2010, at approximately 02:13 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Christopher Allen Henson, D.O.B. 11/19/81 of 150 Jefferson St, Fort

Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayland

Ave/Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On July 19, 2010, at approximately 02:16 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Nelson Christopher Tubens, D.O.B. 10/10/86 of 502 Chaucer Ave,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Colonial Blvd, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On July 22, 2010, at approximately 10:37 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested April Rene Burleson, D.O.B. 03/22/92 of 180841 Corkscrew Rd,

Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Tamiami Trail &

Babcock Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 23, 2010, at approximately 02:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Matthew Thomas Richards, D.O.B. 09/11/88 of 17516 Boat Club Dr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Constitution Blvd/S.

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 23, 2010, at approximately 09:41 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Orlando Calderon, D.O.B. 11/19/88 of 27763 New York St, Bonita

Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Front St/Kentucky St,

Bonita Springs, Florida.

On July 23, 2010, at approximately 11:40 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Christina Maria Schultz, D.O.B. 07/08/63 of 20393 Ardore Lane, Estero,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 21849 Bella Terra Blvd, Estero,

Florida.

On July 24, 2010, at approximately 01:43 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested James Raymond Allegier, D.O.B. 09/01/78 of 1474 Jefferson Ave,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Davis Rd/McGregor

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 24, 2010, at approximately 01:54 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Gerald Robert Wilson, D.O.B. 04/26/70 of 2677 Purslane Dr, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Purslane Dr/Gray Twig

Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 24, 2010, at approximately 06:09 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested David Michael Adler, D.O.B. 09/29/89 of 12 Catalpa Ct, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Cleveland Ave/College Pkwy,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 24, 2010, at approximately 10:04 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested William Ellis Bowen III, D.O.B. 11/13/61 of 18413 Orangecrest Ct,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Homestead Rd &

S. Loop Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On July 25, 2010, at approximately 12:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Logan Trevor Newell, D.O.B. 11/30/88 of 24508 Rodas Dr, Bonita

Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill Griffin

Blvd/Alico Rd, Estero, Florida.

On July 23, 2021, at approximately 01:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Holly D. Bevan, D.O.B. 12/16/76 of 15977 Paseo Lane, Naples, for DUI.
