The Shell Point Golf Club, located at Shell Point Retirement Community, hired Michael Raber as its new head golf professional. Raber is a certified PGA Golf Professional, and has more than six years of head professional golf experience.

“We are very excited to have Mr. Raber join our team at the Shell Point Golf Club,” said Michael Mongoven, director of golf for Shell Point Golf Club. “He brings a lot of experience to the club, and we know that his arrival will continue to make sure that every day is a great day for golf at the Shell Point Golf Club.”

Raber graduated from Brockport State University in 1994 with a degree in finance, and began his golf course career at the Skaneateles Country Club in 1996 as an Assistant.

Prior to joining Shell Point, Raber worked at the Copperhead Golf Club in Lehigh Acres and The Country Club of Naples.
