The following is the agenda for the special meeting of the East County Water Control District (ECWCD) set for Aug. 30 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the mobile home offices at 601 East County lane in Lehigh Acres. One of the items on the agenda to be discussed is a bank loan for the District. Also to be discussed is a counter offer for the I&E Building that the ECWCD has been considering purchasing.
