Caleb Isaiah Forde, 1, of Lehigh Acres, died September 2, 2010. He was born August 29, 2010 in Fort Myers to Winelsio Alexander and Lisa Beth (Eddy) Forde.

He is survived by his maternal grandparents, David and Pamela Eddy of Bartow, Fla., aunts, Carla Ann McIntyre-Parker, Andrea Joy Eddy, paternal grandmother Loetta Davis, brother and sisters, Mika Forde, Alex Forde, and Nalina Forde all of Maryland, aunts and uncles, Ronnie (Patty) Forde, Barry Davis, Precious Davis, and Bobbie Ann Davis.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Gendron Funeral & Cremation Services Inc. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at New Life Assembly of God, 5146 Leonard Blvd, Lehigh Acres. Burial will immediately follow at Lee Memorial Park.
