On June 26, 2010, at approximately 11:13 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joshua Von Fawlet, D.O.B. 12/24/75, of 19964 Lake Vista

Cir, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 8th Ave. / Oak Dr., Fort

Myers.

On August 23, 2010, at approximately 08:16 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jennifer Lynn Clemente, D.O.B. 01/07/76, of 12359

Woodrose Ct., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Marijuana-Producing.

The incident occurred in the area of 12359 Woodrose Ct., Fort Myers.

On August 24, 2010, at approximately 06:39 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Keith Allen Hill, D.O.B. 10/13/70, of 16000 Antigua Way,

Bokeelia, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Pine Island Rd. / Stringfellow Rd., Bokeelia.

On August 25, 2010, at approximately 03:40 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested John Fredrick Walker, D.O.B. 12/15/84, of Poe Ave, North

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Capital St. / Riverview Ave., North Fort

On August 25, 2010, at approximately 04:01 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Michael Douglas Benson, D.O.B. 07/26/75, of 647 Nuna

Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Heroin – Sell. The incident

occurred in the area of Laurel Dr. / McDaniel Dr, North Fort Myers.

On August 25, 2010, at approximately 09:31 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rene Rodriguez Garcia, D.O.B. 06/17/74, of 3752 Desoto

St., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of Ballard Rd / Ortiz Ave, Fort Myers.

On August 26, 2010, at approximately 01:16 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Anne Maria Sales, D.O.B. 11/02/75, of 4202 SE 28th Street,

Okeechobee, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 6391 Bayshore Rd., North Fort Myers.

On August 26, 2010, at approximately 05:48 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ginney Lynn Moyer, D.O.B. 01/15/69, of 18681 Miami Blvd,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy /

Whiskey Creek, Fort Myers.

On August 27, 2010, at approximately 06:01 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Randall Nordlund, D.O.B. 11/30/53, of 4560 Villa Capri

Lane, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine.

The incident occurred in the area of Coconut Dr. / Palmetto Ter., Estero.

On August 27, 2010, at approximately 10:15 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Khaled Rafe Abueluf, D.O.B. 07/31/81, of 4050 Eucalyptus

Blvd, LaBelle, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd. / Sunset Tr., Alva.

On August 27, 2010, at approximately 11:09 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dennis Goba White, D.O.B. 05/28/88, of 1311 Jamies Ave,

Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of E. 6th Street / Richmond Ave., Lehigh

Acres.

On August 28, 2010, at approximately 10:33 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Tyler James Phillips, D.O.B. 07/24/91, of 1115 Gifford Ave

S, Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Chemical for Manufacture.

The incident occurred in the area of 1115 Gifford Ave S., Lehigh Acres.

On August 29, 2010, at approximately 04:18 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kurt Wayne Fitzsimmons, D.O.B. 08/24/63, of 7300

Constitution Cir., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the

area of 13499 S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers.
