An update: The Medical Examiner’s Office has completed autopsies and ruled on the causes of death for the Fordes: Lisa Forde – stab wound; Caleb Forde gunshot wound; Winselsio Forde – self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a medical assistance call late Thursday afternoon at 135 East Lake Drive in Lehigh Acres.

The caller said they had arrived at the home, went inside and found two adults, male and female, deceased. A further search of the residence revealed the body of a male infant. They made the call shortly after 4 p.m.

Homicide detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit are investigating. At this preliminary stage of the investigation, the deaths appear related to a double murder and suicide. Crime scene technicians and detectives will document the scene and collect evidence.

Positive identifications have been made, The names of the deceased are Lisa Forde, 33, Winselsio Forde, 37, and Caleb Forde, 13 months old.

The official causes of death are pending autopsy results.

The bodies have been turned over to the District 21 Medical Examiner .
