Jerry Bault of Lehigh is suing Phillip Kleinmann for $918. And Kleinmann, the defendant is countersuing the plaintiff, Bault for $2,930.

Bault claims the defendant’s son ran into his truck while driving a motor scooter owned by he defendant and he wants he defendant to pay for the damages. Kleinmann claims he doesn’t owe because he accident could have been avoided if the plaintiff was a good defensive driver. He is countersuing for his accident expenses since he bevies it was he plainiff’s fault.
