Candidates claims he will reduce spending

By Staff | Oct 6, 2010

To The Editor:

My name is Dewey Tyler. My family are residents of Lehigh Acres since 1976 and I am also a business owner in Lehigh. I am running again for seat 4 for the East County Water Control District this November. If I win I will reduce spending.

Some of my community service includes raising over $10,000 in funds for the community in the honorary mayor contest. I have taught for over 30 years in Tae Kwon Do and I have donated my time to teach Tae Kwon Do for single parent kids.

I have distributed free vegetables to many of the needy of Lehigh. I recognize that the ECWCD needs fresh eyes on the board. Now is the time to change the system so it is more productive and beneficial to the taxpayers. My business address is in Lehigh at the Town Centre, 25 homestead Rd. N Unit 33 called Tyler’s Tae Kwon Do Inc. Please stop by in or call 239-303-1775 to give me your input, opinions and ideas on how we must spend our taxpayers money wisely.

I value your participation in running the board and respect your opinions which will make us partners in saving our taxpayers to have better bridges and culverts so it will be safe for all of us to drive over them. I’m asking that all of my clients and the 43 percent who voted for me to participate and support me again.
