From the Lee County Sheriff’s Office:

The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.

In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 9 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On October 5, 2010, at approximately 01:12 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Arie Fisher Coles, D.O.B. 10/04/84, of 7885 Wilton Cresent

Cir, Sarasota, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 9210

Estero Park Commons, Estero.

On October 6, 2010, at approximately 06:34 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Trenance Marcer Preston, D.O.B. 10/13/66, of 1494 Apollo

Dr., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of 4560 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, .

On October 7, 2010, at approximately 11:06 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Derek Hicks, D.O.B. 09/02/84, of 7206 Cypress Dr, Fort

Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Grove Ave. / Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, .

On October 8, 2010, at approximately 03:05 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Teri Lisinski, D.O.B. 12/15/59, of 4604 W. 26th Ave,

Bradenton, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 3626 Beau Dr.,

North Fort Myers.

On October 8, 2010, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested David Darrell Dugan Jr., D.O.B. 05/10/67, of 4700 Pine

Road, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 66 Cypress Street, North Fort

Myers.

On October 8, 2010, at approximately 11:32 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dustin Christopher Cuevas, D.O.B. 10/14/85, of 3613

Carson Road, Immokalee, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 1217 laurel Drive, North Fort Myers.

On October 9, 2010, at approximately 06:11 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Serge Michel Dorval, D.O.B. 10/29/85, of 2181 Delta Street,

Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession

of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy /

Fiddlesticks, Fort Myers.

On October 10, 2010, at approximately 10:38 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Logan James Smith, D.O.B. 08/31/80, of 1675 S. Mayfair

Lane, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident

occurred in the area of 27050 Morgan Road, Bonita Springs.

On October 10, 2010, at approximately 10:46 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Kristin Danielle Nichols, D.O.B. 09/16/84, of 27050 Morgan

Road, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 27050

Morgan Road, Bonita Springs.
