Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On October 12, 2010, at approximately 05:16 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Diego Armando Duarte, D.O.B. 07/01/90 of 4327 SW Santa

Barbara Pl, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 100 SW

38th Terr, Cape Coral, Florida.

On October 13, 2010, at approximately 11:10 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joseph Dee Gault, D.O.B. 04/05/91 of 16500 Slater Rd,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Avenue

D/Tipton Rd, Bokeelia, Florida.

On October 14, 2010, at approximately 12:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Austin Jessup Noel, D.O.B. 11/11/81 of 16330 Cook Rd,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd &

Siesta Dr, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On October 14, 2010, at approximately 12:18 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joaquin Cabrera, D.O.B. 07/30/88 of 1146 Edgerton Ave,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of E.7th St/Joel Blvd,

Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 14, 2010, at approximately 01:07 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Raymond Lester Ford, D.O.B. 03/21/66 of 136 Coolidge

Ave, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1st St

W/Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 14, 2010, at approximately 11:46 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jonathan Ricky Mills, D.O.B. 02/07/90 of 1154 South Loop

Blvd, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Homestead

Rd & Taylor Lane, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 15, 2010, at approximately 01:58 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Alejandro Da Costa Gomez, D.O.B. 10/02/71 of 3809 W.

12th St, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SW 25th

St, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 15, 2010, at approximately 02:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Paul D. McCallion, D.O.B. 01/31/61 of 9403 Springview

Loop, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 21253

Stoneybrook Golf Blvd, Estero, Florida.

On October 15, 2010, at approximately 07:13 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Steven Jay Zimmer, D.O.B. 08/27/51 of 9846 Bernwood Pl

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 14500 S.

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 15, 2010, at approximately 09:35 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Robert Anthony English, D.O.B. 10/03/72 of 45 Evergreen

Rd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 5019

Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 15, 2010, at approximately 11:12 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Juan Pablo Estrada, D.O.B. 06/17/87 of 12477 Rock Ridge

Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SW 11th St,

Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 16, 2010, at approximately 04:08 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Alexander Justin Burkhart, D.O.B. 04/06/84 of 4101 18th

St, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gunnery

Rd/Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On October 16, 2010, at approximately 05:44 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Randolph Asher Hamilton, D.O.B. 11/03/47 of 13625

Marquette Blvd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

2382 Andros Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 16, 2010, at approximately 07:06 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested David Fuentes Tamayo, D.O.B. 04/26/83 of 6450 Aragon

Way, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crystal Dr &

Dartmouth St, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 17, 2010, at approximately 01:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher Michael Lemeo, D.O.B. 09/28/92 of 6680

Crestridge Loop, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Six

Mile Cypress Pkwy & Plantation Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 17, 2010, at approximately 02:49 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Coleen Andrea Phillips, D.O.B. 12/23/72 of 1110 NW 80th

Ave, Margate, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos

Blvd/Linda Loma, Fort Myers, Florida.

On October 17, 2010, at approximately 11:27 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brian William Markowski, D.O.B. 02/26/82 of 8821

Woodgate Manor Ct, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

Estero Blvd/Fairweather Lane, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
